Suggestion: Install computer terminals in large stores that assist customers in the location of the products they are looking for.
Description: Customers in large stores, particularly in those with few & none sales assistants, have trouble to find the products they are looking for. Some computer terminals, strategically located in the store, would prove very helpful for this purpose.
Pros: Customers leave store without buying products available in the store.
Cons: Customers will only buy what they originally were looking for (as opposed to getting interested in other items he/she was not looking for, while walking around the store).
Drivers: Corporations & owners of big stores. Examples: Walmart, Target, Publix.
